Effective September 16, 2026. These terms cover your use of graffitigonepros.com, the website of GraffitiGone Pros LLC ("GraffitiGone Pros", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. They are about the website only: the work we do on your property is covered by the written estimate or service agreement you receive for that job, and if the two ever differ, that agreement controls the work.

Who we are

GraffitiGone Pros LLC is a graffiti removal, paint restoration and surface cleaning business based in North Las Vegas, NV, serving the Las Vegas area. You can reach us by phone, text, email, or the quote form on this site.

Quotes and estimates

Anything we say about price on this site, in a text, on a call, or in reply to the quote form is an estimate. Photos and descriptions help us get close, but the final scope and price are set in the written estimate we give you once we have seen the surface, and no work starts until you have approved it. Sending the form does not create a contract, and we may decline a job.

Use of this website

The site is here so you can learn what we do and get in touch. Use it for that. Do not use it to send spam, false requests, or anything unlawful; do not try to break it, scrape it, or overload it; and do not use automated tools to submit the form. We may block use that breaks these rules.

Texts from us

GraffitiGone Pros runs a texting program from a dedicated texting line and texts only people who just contacted us. It sends three kinds of message, each a single reply to one thing you did: one text confirming we got your request after you send the quote form with your phone number; one text after you call our business number and we cannot answer, saying we missed your call and how to reach us; and one text after we finish a job for you, asking for an honest review with a link to our Google review page.

By giving us your mobile number you agree to receive those messages. Message frequency: up to 2 messages per request or job and no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also email graffitigonepros@gmail.com or call (702) 415-5501. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Giving a number is optional and never a condition of service; an email address alone is enough to send the form. How we handle your number is in our Privacy Policy. Our content

The photos, logo, text and design on this site belong to GraffitiGone Pros LLC or are used with permission. The before-and-after photos show our own work. You may look at and share links to the site; you may not copy, reuse or republish its photos or text without our written permission.

Other websites

The site links to our profiles on other services and may link to other sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty on the site

We keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and information on it may change without notice. Nothing on the site is professional advice about your property; the assessment we give you for a job comes with the job.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GraffitiGone Pros LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for anything connected to the website is limited to one hundred dollars. This limit is about the website. It does not limit any warranty or promise written into the estimate or service agreement for work we perform, and it does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about the website is brought in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and you agree to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address with its effective date; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
