Privacy Policy
Effective September 16, 2026. This policy covers graffitigonepros.com, the website of GraffitiGone Pros LLC ("GraffitiGone Pros", "we"), a graffiti removal and paint restoration business based in North Las Vegas, NV. It says what we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, who handles it for us, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
What you send us. The quote form asks for your name, a phone number or an email address (one is enough), a description of what is tagged and where, and, if you choose, up to five photos of the tag. We also keep the address of the page you sent it from. If you call, text or email us instead, we keep your number or address and what you said, so we can reply. If you call our business number and we cannot answer, we keep the number that called and any voicemail you leave, so we can call you back.
What the site records on its own. Like most websites, this one uses an analytics service to see how it is used: which pages are viewed, what is clicked or tapped, how far people scroll, which links are chosen, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your internet address. The service records sessions so we can see how the page behaved, and it masks everything typed into any field, so what you enter in the form is never in a recording. It keeps a small cookie and a local-storage entry in your browser so a return visit is recognized as the same browser. We also measure page speed and traffic counts with our hosting provider's tools, which set no cookies, and the quote form runs a spam check that looks at a few signals from your browser to tell a person from a bot.
How we use it
To reply to you and put together a quote. To send you the messages described under Texts below: a confirmation that we received your request, a note if we missed your call, and a review request after a job. To keep the site working, to see which parts of it people use, and to keep spam out of the form. We do not use what you send us for anything else, and we do not sell personal information.
Texts
GraffitiGone Pros sends texts from a dedicated texting line, and only to people who just contacted us. There are three kinds of message, each a single reply to one thing you did:
- After you send the quote form with a phone number: one text confirming we got your request.
- After you call our business number and we cannot answer: one text saying we missed your call and how to reach us.
- After we finish a job for you: one text asking for an honest review, with a link to our Google review page. If you do not open the link and we have your email, one email follow-up may go out instead of a second text.
Message frequency: up to 2 messages per request or job and no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Giving us a number is optional and never a condition of service; you can leave the phone field empty and give an email address instead. Anything after those messages is a normal conversation between you and us about your job, from our business number.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The complete record of this texting program, with every message word for word, is published at surgncy.com/sms-consent/graffitigone-pros.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The companies that handle it for us, only to do their job for this site, are:
- Surgncy, the company that built and runs this website for us. It receives what you submit through the form, stores it for us, notifies us, and sends the texts and emails described above as GraffitiGone Pros.
- Our texting and email carriers, which deliver those messages and any reply we send.
- PostHog, the analytics service described above.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and measures its speed, and Cloudflare, which routes traffic to it and runs the spam check on the form.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Analytics and measurement
The analytics described above run on every page. They tell us how the site is used; they do not identify you by name unless you have given it to us on the form. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; there is no agreed standard for what a site should do with it, and this site does not change its behavior when it receives one. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email graffitigonepros@gmail.com and we will take care of it. Nevada residents: that same address is our designated request address under Nevada law (NRS 603A) for a request that we not sell your covered information. We do not sell it, and we will confirm that in writing within 60 days of a verified request. California residents: this policy is our notice under the California Online Privacy Protection Act; the section above lists the categories we collect and the parties that handle them.
This site is for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and the messages around them for as long as we may need them to do the work, answer a question about it, or meet a legal requirement, and then we delete them. Analytics data is kept in summary form.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. A change that affects how we handle information you already gave us will be explained at the top of the page.
